A Festive Makeup Look #2

Hello, my loves!

A couple of weeks ago I shared with you all my first festive makeup look, and today I wanted to share my second look. Whilst my first look was rich in warm tones, this looks tones are a little cooler, with the main focal points being a glittery eye and a glossy, nude lip. I hope you enjoy!

To create my illuminated base, I applied the L’Oréal True Match Highlighter in Golden Glow. As the name suggests, this liquid illuminator has a beautiful golden bronze tone which glistens from underneath your foundation. I then carried out the rest of my everyday base routine (which you can read all about here).

For an extra touch of glow, I used both the 3INA 201 Highlighter and The Beauty Crop Stargazing Blush Duo. Together these glistening products create a warm, peachy tone which compliments the nude lip perfectly.

Moving onto the glitter eye look, I first began by creating a simple smoky eye using an array of cool brown shades from the Morphe 25B Bronzed Mocha Palette. Every shade within this palette is so rich in pigment and they also blend beautifully together. For the pop of glitter, I applied the Pixi Fairy Light in Bare Brilliance. These liquid eyeshadows are ideal for those who love sparkle, and they are also quick and easy to apply. I then applied my favourite Soap and Glory mascara, liquid eyeliner and kohl eyeliner.

Finally, for the nude lip, I applied the Mac Cosmetics Kinda Sexy Lipstick and the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb in Sweet Mouth, which is one of my favourite makeup products of 2020!

What’s your favourite beauty product of 2020?

Thank you for reading,

lots of love

Hannah, x
