Hello, my Lovelies!x
I previously shared with you all my favourite products on how to achieve the ultimate Winter glow, which you can read here. Featuring the likes of BECCA Cosmetics, L’Oreal Paris and Rimmel London, today I wanted to show how I use these spectacular products to create a fresh and glowy Winter look that is perfect for everyday wear!
Before applying my foundation, I spritzed my face with the Mario Badescu Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea Facial Spray to hydrate and nourish my skin. I then applied a combination of the L’Oreal Paris Mon Amour Highlighting Drops in Champagne and their ever so famous True Match Foundation in the shade Sand. I find that using a combination of my two favourite products from the Parisian brand creates a flawless finish, with the highlighting drops creating an iridescent soft glow. I then concealed my under eyes and blemishes using the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in 05 Ivory
Before applying my powder products, I created my soft and neutral eye look by using very little products, and also takes minimum effort! Using the Urban Decay Ultimate Naked Basics, setting my lid with the shade ‘blow’ and then buffing the shades ‘faith’ and ‘lockout’ into my crease to add depth and definition. To add a touch of sparkle I applied the Obsession Cosmetics Mega Highlighter in the shade ‘metal’. To complete the eye look I created a cat-eye flick using the Soap & Glory Supercat Liquid Eyeliner in Carbon Black and applied two coats of the Revlon Ultra Volume Mascara.
To complete my base I used the BECCA Cosmetic’s Be a Light Palette, using the brightening powder to set my entire base before using the contour shade to add definition and to bronze up my face. I then dipped into the Kate for Rimmel London Sculpting Palette in ‘Not so Shy’, using the matte soft pink shade to add a flush of blush to my cheeks.
To complete my fresh and glowy look, I applied Sexy Mother Pucker Nudes Collection Lipstick in Matte Super Nude to my lips, followed by the KIKO 3D Hydro Gloss in 03 Pearly Apricot.
What is your favourite winter makeup product?
