Hello, my Lovelies!
I hope you all had a lovely March, and are having a lovely Easter, and to celebrate the start of Spring, I wanted to share with you all my monthly favourites, including the must-have scent for Spring! I hope you enjoy!
I love oriental floral scents, and with top notes of frangipani flower, this limited edition version of Jimmy Choo Blossom smells absolutely divine. Although I often tend to gravitate towards body mists on a daily basis, the longevity of this scent is incredible even on the warmest of days! The glass coral bottle also looks beautiful and luxurious on your dressing table, and I can’t wait to make more Jimmy Choo purchases!
As the weather has started to get warmer, I have found that some of my favourite illuminating primers have begun to make my skin feel and look oily which has affected the longevity of my other base products. The Smooth Miracle primer still has the silky lightweight formula, yet it mattifies, blurs my imperfections and erases my pores. I’ve found by switching to a matte primer, my makeup is applying so much more seamlessly and lasts all day long!
If you are a reoccurring reader of my blog, you will know that at Christmas, I created an entire makeup look using Bourjois products, with the healthy mix concealer being one of my favourites products from this look! The shade Light New has a yellow undertone which is perfect for banishing dark circles, and it has the perfect amount of coverage whilst feeling light on the skin.
I have mentioned the Ultra HD Matte Lip Colors in many of my blog posts, and they are always in my makeup bag no matter what the season. Forever is a beautiful brown toned nude that looks incredible with a rusty eye look, creating the ultimate 90’s makeup look. When first applied the feel a little tacky, but they soon dry into a comfort matte formula when feels buttery soft on the lips.
Another one of my current liquid lipsticks is this beautiful peachy shade from Rimmel’s new stay matte range, to which once again they have a comfort matte formula, although they instantly dry matte, meaning you do have to apply them with a light hand to avoid the product from feeling gritty on the lips. I will defiantly be picking up more from the range!
I would love to what your current beauty favourites are, so please leave me a comment below!
Thank you for Reading,
Lots of Love,
