8 Things I Love About Autumn!

Hello, my Loves x

As of tomorrow in the UK, we will officially be in my favourite season, Autumn! I don’t know what is not to love about the season, and today I wanted to give you a quick rundown of few of my favourite things about Autumn. I hope you enjoy!

Chunky Scarves –With a large collection of winter accessories, these are my favourite way to add texture and colour to a minimal monochrome outfit. I own many different styles of chunky scarves, with the majority of them being tartan. What’s even better is you can either wear them as a cape for a chic look and they can even be used as a blanket to keep you warm whilst travelling! I suggest you take a browse in Primark and New Look to find the perfect for you.

Ankle Boots – I could not make it through the cold months without a great pair of ankle boots! Owning a pair of black ankle boots is an ultimate wardrobe staple and I love pairs that have a combination of different textures, such as suede, leather and crocodile print. New Look has a wide range of inexpensive yet good quality pairs, and they can last you till the next year!

Coffee House’s Autumn Drinks – Their’s nothing I love more than being at University and sipping on either Caramel Fudge Hot Chocolate or Pumpkin Spice Latte, and it’s fair to say the Coffee Houses release more delicious drinks every year! And I do not have enough words to explain how delicious the pastries and cakes are, but they are just heaven.

I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here – I could not write a post about my autumn favourites, without mentioning my favourite TV Duo, Ant and Dec. I’m A Celeb, is one of only shows that I will watch religiously, and what makes it even more enjoyable is that we watch it as a family. I can’t wait to find out who the new camp mates are and to see what disgusting trials the producers have in store for them.

Festive Events – Before I even mention the C word (is it a little too early to mention that) we get to celebrate Halloween and Bonfire Night! I will be attending the Makeup Revolution Halloween Party, and I can’t wait to celebrate Halloween surrounded by my favourite blogging besties. And then we begin November by wrapping up warm, holding sparklers and watching the sky turn into a beautiful light show.

Dark Lips  – Autumn is my favourite season for beauty, I get to play around with rusty eyeshadows, and pair them with either a berry or classic nude lip. I can already tell that my favourites for this year will be; Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor in Forever and NYX Lip Lingerie in Exotic.

Camel Coats – I personally could not live without my camel coat in the Autumn, as you can wear them with practically everything in your wardrobe. Paired with one of my chunky scarves, not only would this keep me warm but it’s also an item that would never date!

Cosy Films – Is it just me who feels like their favourite films, make you feel even cosier on the cold, dark autumn nights. I personally love rom-com, so my favourite cosy films are About Time, Me Before You and Love Rosie…cause who doesn’t love a little bit of Sam Claflin!

I hope you enjoyed this post and let me know what your favourite thing is about Autumn in a comment below!

Thank you for Reading,

Lots of Love,

Hannah, x

  1. HI again Hannah,

Paulette Motzko here again. How many blogs do you have there in England?

How long have you been blogging?

I’ve been doing blogs about 10 years now.

    Are you a teacher?

I taught piano privately when I was married to the rocket scientist almost 15 years. I’m hoping that I can this month round up some new students.

I have some wonderful natural products that I wear here in the United States that I’ve often thought of sharing that oppose kind of like what you did, but you gave me the incentive to create the post. Great minds think alike.

Keep inspiring the world with your words and pictures!

    Paulette Motzko
